Global variable defined inside a mixin gives an undefined variable error

Hi guys,

I did use interpolation. But I am still seeing an error. See the code at: https://gist.github.com/newdesignideas/ba91cf85f485c9af4ff1e06c06d439df

getting an Undefined variable: "$h1". Even though I did add !global at the end.

Can anyone help?
