I'm using grunt-contrib-sass:

<https://github.com/gruntjs/grunt-contrib-sass>

Running:

Sass 3.2.10 (Media Mark)
ruby 1.9.3p194 (2012-04-20 revision 35410) [x86_64-darwin12.1.0]

No matter what I've tried, I can't stop my compilation process from adding the @charset to the top of my files.

Is there a way to stop that from happening?

All of my files are UTF-8.

Is the addition of @charset unavoidable?

Thanks!

I figured out why SASS is adding @charset ...

In my comments I have a URL with a "ç" character in it, which was
causing SASS to add the charset.

I can't believe I missed that. Lol.
