hey guys new to the forums but just working my 2008 klr doo hickey
upgrade, if you don't already have the tooling for it, i found that a
32mm wrench and a m22x1.5pitch pusher bolt works, both tools i found
around saskatoon, the bolt came from the Local caterpillar dealer,
part number 6Y-9024 and the parts guy didn't even charge me for it
since it is under $5. hope this helps to any of the do it your self
guys on a budget.

If I was to do this again on an 08+ bike I would just replace the
spring with the spiral one. The doohikey itself seems to be pretty
good. You still need the tools though.

Thanks for sharing that info. I've already done my doohickey, but
it's good to know!
