Veteran organizer Erik Forman, will discuss his work in the historic Jimmy Johns workers union and the problems and possibilities of organizing in the service industry. Forman is a longtime organizer with experience in the Industrial Workers of the World Starbucks campaign, as well as the Jimmy Johns effort in the Twin Cities. The presentation will be followed by a brief question and answer period.
