Revolutionary greeting to members of the Regional Executive Committee of SASCO Western Region in the Province of the Eastern Cape.

As resolved in the Regional Congress held in Rhodes University between the 27th and the 28th of October, that branches should be strengthened politically before the upcoming Provincial and National congress and that will be achieved through the induction of all the BEC's of the region.

The date of 11 (Sunday) November has been identified as the day that BEC's shall be inducted. All the executive members of branches shall find it compulsory to attend. Branches are then requested to start sourcing funds for transportation. The induction will take place at NMMU (South), soon to be Claude Qavane Branch. The gathering of all the branches shall further be used as the RGC to report back to the leadership about the happenings of the regional congress by delegates to the congress.

The programme is starting by 10 AM. The venue will be in Qavane Branch and will soon be communicated. The programme of the day will be sent to branches no later than Friday the 9th.

At least comrades are requested to be familiar with documents sent for the effectiveness and faster understanding of documents.

To new and out gone REC

Greeting have already been conveyed, for the out gone from the new, is to salute you, saying you have mastered your task. We dare fail a good attempt made to bring a political vibe and otherwise Western Region.

As communicated through the phone, this communiqué therefore proposes a handover on the 10th of November. The handover is informed by the resolution to induct BEC's of the region before the upcoming congresses. The programme of the day will soon be sent. The venue will be SRC chambers South (Qavane).

Your cooperation to continue with a politically sound region will be highly appreciated.
