Subject: Discussion Documents

Dear Comrades

Receive greetings from the Policy and Research Unit. Comrades as earlier we had requested branches as they are preparing for their AGM's to submit discussion documents in order to, amongst other things, prepare for the regional congress political package.

 

So far, we have received 3 discussion documents, which we will release after the REC meeting this weekend. I am writing this mail comrades to inform you that since we had raised that some of these perspectives we will raise as part of our keynotes to AGM's, I am still calling for cadres to submit those documents as soon as possible.

 

Comrades as far as we have noted, the following AGM's are sitting this week. NMMU North Campus and Rhodes University. I hope comrade secretary that other branches have sent their dates of AGM's. We therefore like to take this opportunity to wish those branches well and we will try our best as the regional leadership to grace those occasions.

 

This had served as a reminder.
