Officially moved to GitHub pages

Hi all,
this is just a quick update that we now officially moved our website to
GitHub pages, which are now hosted under our old project page url
"www.saros-project.org".
The new website only contains a bare-bones version of the old content.
So if you find something important that is still missing/needs
correcting, feel free to to open an issue or PR for it.
A static image of the old website is archived in
https://github.com/saros-project/legacy_docs and is hosted as GitHub
pages as well under "https://saros-project.github.io/legacy_docs/".
