Dear all.

In its first version (1.0, 2010), Janus run-time environment provided a library for implementing ACL conversations. It was not updated for SARL.

Since today, SARL 0.12 may be equiped with a similar ACL library that is compatible with the SARL operational semantics and Janus 3.x.

This library is ready for beta testing before being a SARL API candidate.
