What does SARL stand for?

Is SARL an acronym for something? If it's a general-purpose agent-oriented language, shouldn't it be called as GARL? Thanks!

At the time we talked about Social Agent "R" Language. We never finally decided the "R" between several keywords as Representation, Reactive, Rational.
