Banks have clearly mentioned their criteria in their respective advertisements.

So there is no issue of confusion regarding fee payment.

banks do have set cut-off marks, but still they are sending personal mails that ''u will be called if shortlisted for the interview'' this is there chalaki. once u have set cut off marks, and the candidates r fulfilling the criteria too, why the hell they are sending such mails.
