Dear all,

Union bank has declare cut-off marks for interview after taking of
challan of Rs. 200
while in advertisement it did not mention any type of cut-off like other banks.
union bank should clearly mention the cut-off marks in advertisement.

what do u think ....?

yes, i m totally agree wid u. The truth is that all the banks playing
a game with applicants. They wil take 200 first by showing a low cut
off or no cut off. After that they wil shortlist the candidates and
then they wil call them fr intrvw. Finally they are earning money
without any pay...

Hi there they are not playing any games as they already stated that they will call only those who got shortlisted in merit list they not forcing you to pay for this first of all the candidates who got less than 135 marks in general category in my suggestion they will prepare for next IBPS because they will have less chances to get interview call

yes I agree. they should have declared cut off marks. they have just earned money.

Now , though bank of india  has set cut off marks, but it has sent personal  emails to the candidates saying that candidates will be called if shortlisted for the interview. Ridiculous !

Hello Sarvesh

Thanks for your mail

Yes in my opinion IBPS should conduct intervew as they just wasting time and money of Candidates

Pehle jab BSRB exam conduct karwati thi toh wo interview khud leti thi and as per qualifications and marks scored in interview+written exam they send to respective banks
IBPS should use this strategies

Yes 3 year back i was at your stage :)
then i had competed IDBI work there for 1yr then in RBI :)

i can understand how fraustrating this thing is if you have got less marks then prepare for next IBPS you will one day succeed at my time people got arround 45 % marks in written also got interview call but now scherio has changed if you have 70% in written then you be thinking to be In Bank its only due to huge competitions are in air all preparing for bank graduate or mba

sir,
I hope u can understand hindi bcoz u r an indian.
Sbse pahle to sir main bank k 200 rs lene k oppose me hun. Why are
they taking money only for intrw. Koi exam to conduct krana nh hai.
200 rs wo kaha spend karenge.
2nd thing bank cut off. IBPS ne sbi banks ko score bheja hua hai. Sbko
pata hai kis range tak kitne ladke hain, unko ye bhi pata hai ki kitni
vacancies hain. Jb sb kuch pata hai to wo ye nh decide kr skti ki unhe
exactly kitne ladke bulane chahiye intrw k liye. Waha tk cutoff
declare karen. Ladke 200 rs de aur unhe bulaya h na jaye..unse nhi
lena chahiye jinko ap nh bula skte.
Apne kaha wo hame force nh kr rhe. Ap hamar4 jagah hote to ap b dete
kyunki ye hamare career ka sawaal hai, hame jaha mauka milega waha
dena hai. Agar nh bulayenge to agle exam ki prep karenge.wo to hamari
duty hai.
Lets take an example sir that bank ne cutoff 125 rakha, 200 rs sbne
diye. Uske bad bank sirf unko cal kre jinka 155 se upar hai. Ye kaun
sa hisab hai. Jb unko 155 se upar bulana h to cutoff b 155 rakhen.
Aisa to hai nh ki unke pas pura database nh hai. 125 to 155, itna
variation nh ana chahiye.
Main koi ilzam nh laga raha sir. Main sirf itna kah rha hu ki unko
strategy change krni chahiye. Ye strategy thodi galat hai...

Thanx sir.

May be they have received more number of applications from the sender than expected. So, they have declared the cutoff marks.

friends in my opinion we all should go to the high court and register a case regarding these games which were playing by the banks with our emotions..

Really Friends,
They are keeping candidates in dark..
i mailed IBPS and banks too for that but no reply came from their side.
even ibps executives not picking calls..
its really dramatic. they have to focus on their strategies and only then transparency will come.
And they have to give chance to candidates who got less then 166. or set cutoff 166 or 170.
they are charging fees also and cut off at end is coming high..
GOD Bless them...

Hello

as per your knowledge my dear friends you not going to get victory in
this case so its really not worth as banks already mentioned that
apply as per eligiblity and score so its really not worth to discuss
on this matter. As be patience no one knows how much last cutoff will
go for shortlisted for interview as bank not yet notified in this
regard so dont be panic wait until interview of any bank start
so first wait untill any notification by bank regarding interview when
they conducting and better if you not got arround 135 marks in general
category for union bank better prepare for next ibps

as per your knowledge if you shortlisted for interview and not qualify
in first list then alos dont be panic may be your luck make you in
other list
as Allahabad bank has announced 5 final list this time
