tonight, as Sara performs in the first round of the Shiner Rising Star
competition, sponsored by KHYI, Shiner Beer and Palo Duro Records.
Sara and the band will compete against three of the contest's 32
entrants, with the winner of tonight's round moving on to the
semi-finals on Septmeber 22. At stake is a recording project with the
legendary Ray Wylie Hubbard and major promotional muscle behind it.
Crowd response is a big part of this competition, so we're asking
everyone to not only come out tonight, but to come early, wear your
Saricana gear and get loud when Sara takes the stage. So, bring the
enthusiasm!

68) in Rockwall, turn right on to Highway 205. Go to the next stop
light and take a left onto Highway 276. Go about 5 1/4 miles. Southern
Junction is on your left.
>From Plano go east on FM 544 to Highway 78. Go north on Highway 78 to
Highway 205, turn right (south) onto Highway 205. Take Highway 205 into
Rockwall. Stay to the left as Highway 205 "splits," until you reach
I-30. Go under the bridge to the next stop light and take a left on to
Highway 276. Go about 5 1/4 miles. Southern Junction is on your left.
