Digital Asset Management Systems for Long-Term Preservation at the National Museum of the Pacific War

Hi all,

I was hoping I could receive advice from you all regarding digital asset management systems. For those of you I haven't met, my name is Rachel Barnett, and I am the Archivist at the National Museum of the Pacific War’s Center for Pacific War Studies in Fredericksburg, Texas. I am reaching out to the group to learn more about the digital asset management systems (or systems) you are using to manage and preserve archival digital assets, particularly with regard to long-term digital preservation.

We at the Center for Pacific War Studies are currently searching for the right digital asset management system for our archive. If you are willing to share, I would greatly appreciate any insight into your experience, including strengths, limitations, or considerations that have informed your current setup.
