SARA Meeting This Friday

Hi everybody!
Just wanted to send a friendly reminder that we are having an in-person meeting this Friday at A&M-SA’s new library.
Our campus is on the south side of SA not far from Palo Alto if you know where that is, only we are on the outside of the Loop.
Whether you come in from Zarzamora on Jaguar Parkway, or from 410 via University Way, know that we are 1 mile in from either main road. I recommend coming in from 410 via University Way. There are some nice hills and the University just appears in front of you.
Here is a campus map. Our Visitor parking lot is in the middle of parking lot 2. The library is near the bottom of the map and is marked “Business Library Hall”. There are no lots near the library. However, I know many of you are bringing swag and I don’t want you to tote heavy stuff across campus. Sooooo….when you get here pull up along side the library (to the right of it on this map). Call me or send me a text and either I or one of my staff will pop out and unload your swag. Then you can go park in Lot 2 visitor parking and make your way back over here. We will get your swag up to the meeting room.
We will meet in room 202 of the library.
We do plan to pack our swag goodie bags for the upcoming Archives Bazaar during this meeting. Even if you are not participating in the Bazaar feel free to bring stuff from your archives to add to the bags. We are happy to promote your archives.
