Dear All,

It is unfortunate to read the latest issues regarding lift. Since VCgaru intervened, hope the things will be resolved soon. i know there is some pregnant lady also for whom these days are difficult and hope for immediate solution.

Issues like AMC etc. will be clear if everybody try to be transparent. It will be useful and gets residents' confidence if contracts like lift maintanance, swimming pool maintenance are scanned and posted everytime they get renewed.

While increasing and deciding the maintenance amount last time, (in the proceedings) association suggested to keep swimming pool for residents purpose.

hope last year's misfortunate incidents do not recur this time.

hope for smooth livelihood for all. As i will be occupied with my office issues for this month, i request other assossication members to take care of things.

Lift was repaired & restarted by Monday evening.
