1. Please submit DD and supporting documents as mentioned in previous posts, at simplex 78 of treasurer Shri a.viswanadham. last date is thursday 22 feb.

DD should be drawn in favour of "The commissioner, GVMC", payable at Visakhapatnam.

Write on back of DD with PENCIL following:

Name of owner, Door No., Plot No., GVMC asst. no. and mobile no.

Note that GVMC has issued new assignment nos. You can obtain new assignment no. by providing old assignment no.

at their website.

Other documents: copy of latest house tax payment receipt upto March 18. copy of first page of passbook or tax assessment demand.

2. POS machine was taken keeping in view of whole community. As each block started using individual accounts, the usage if machine has come down drastically. Also more than 2% commission is being charged. Hence, we are of the opinion that

we should do away with the machine. If anybody has objection or suggestion please let me know.

It is effective to pay by online transfer or cheque.

PLEASE NOTE EACH HOUSE SHOULD GO FOR THE CONNECTION. If you are away, please arrange through your tenant.
