Sir.

This is for your kind information that their was a lift problem at comfort block of sardar nest since 1 month, lift working but accident may happen any time due to rope problem.

The present lift AMC technician has already suggested to sardar nest to change the lift rope since 20 days back as accident may happen at any time due to damage in rope. The rope also came some 10 days back but kept at watchman room.

As per giri garu a message was send to one of the resident of comfort block in whats app not even letter unless comfort block pay rs 12000. They will not fix it up.

So making this has a base we all have started collecting the amount of rs 600 from each flat to give to you shortly.

So we want to remind sardar nest management & the present association that we all are paying the maintenance charges on every month to sardar nest & our corpus fund is also in sardar nest management hand, which we all have paid at the time of registration of our houses.The interest of our corpus fund which the sardar nest is having will also be sufficient be to change this rope is this not correct but we all have to contribute now to come out of this problem again.

Our point is at the staring there was a AMC for this lift to johnson & now it was not there with johnson & you have taken your own decision to give to another agency without parts & informing the resident of comfort block thinking them only flats who just pays maintenance charge of rs 26000 lakhs per annum to sardar nest society & association from last 3 to 4 years.Plus the revenue which the sardar nest has got from the mobile tower during last 4 years is with them.

The accident may happen any time but it will not bother sardar nest management and the society because they are safe in there houses.

So provide our special thanks to sardar nest management for co-operating the resident of comfort block & making our life comfortable staying at sardar nest.
