(1) Residents who have not yet submitted are requested to submit the GVMC water connection application to Mr.Satish.

(2) Please find attached herewith list of dues towards monthly maintenance and Bus fee. Please pay them as soon as possible and promptly.

Dear Ramana Garu,

1. Reference your mail regarding pending dues, this to put on record that house no 90 has not yet been handed over. Few jobs are pending from builder's side and after repeated requests the keys have not been handed over to me. The mentioned maintenance dues are not applicable till the time jobs are complete and the unit is handed over. Just to be with the group, I have paid the house tax in order to apply for the GVMC individual connection. Above is for your records.

2. Regarding the bus dues, I have already paid the amount @ Rs1600 per kid per month till Dec 2016. But as you may be aware that 3 more kids are availing the bus facility, it is requested that the rates may accordingly be revised.
