As the newly (s)elected treasurer is not interested in continuing, till new treasurer is elected and accounts with Apex body is settled, i will try to communicate to residents regarding money matters. if anybody has objection please let me know.

Attached herewith maintenance collection and dues list. It is observed about 10 to 11 residents have not been paying. This is a serious matter and is causing great inconvenience. it is also demoralizing the punctual payers. This will also cause friction between apex and local bodies.

Hence, I suggest you to clear all dues pay by 20th March without any fine. Afterwards 10% of dues amount will be charged as fine.
