Lift not working in Comfort Apartment since one week.

Dear  Mr. V.C Yarlagadda garu,Mr. Venkat Giri garu.

We as a resident of comfort block is facing a big problem of lift which is not working since Monday (i.e 28th March 2016).Even after continuous complaint by all the flat resident in 

office.There is no positive response came from sardar nest care takers. 

Only at the time of collecting maintenance charge concerned people are coming to the flats.

All sardar nest care takers have made this building a commercial place to earn money from this building like tower installation which in turn provides  Rs 10,000 per month  to sardar

nest account.

No one is understanding the problems we are facing  on daily basis because of this in functional lift & no proper lights at parking places. 

I request all the care takers of sardar nest to just climb 5 floors just five times a day through steps & then see how they really feels about staying as flat owners/renter in sardar nest 

society. 

So you are requested to look into the matter & solve on  urgently basis since we are facing this problem for the past one week.

*The problem came in lift because of carrying of all house hold goods from fourth floor to ground floor by the lift (i.e malik's house shifting on Sunday 27th March ) in presence of sardar nest care takers like Mr.Giri & Mr. Malik & Mr. Satish.

We came to know that there is no AMC maintenance for the lift also with the lift repairing person who came to check the problem.

I do not recognize from whom the email is generated

Out of 4 strings 2 strings of the lift rope are disconnected.i understand the difficulties to walk to the 5th floor.. The lift is provided by a reputed company and they are handling the issue, hope it is resolved at the earliest

- please do not comment on the procedure of collecting the maintainance charges or else you take charge of the matter

- I do not understand how the cell tower issue is creeping in this letter

- residents in the apartment and in the community may sit together to decide on for what purposes the lift may be used and what purposes the lift should not be used

- do the person writing this letter means that mr giri, mr mallik , n mr satish had any malafide intention in the lift issue.

- do the person writing this letter means , that till now any expenditures are booked for lift as AMC and though it really not incured 

Further, I got the feed back that the company people are trying to restore the lift issue as early as possible. 

My suggestion to the letter writing friend is that if any grievance is there let us restrict to the point and as a matter of caution you can enlighten or highlight your grievance on the initial day itself and it would have helped to save a day or two.

Feed back positively taken on improper lighting in the parking area

for giving us the positive reply.

Hope our issue will be solved by Monday or Tuesday at least.

Our intention is not blaming Mr. Giri,Mr.Satish & Mr. malik over lift
issue but as they are the care takers of sardar nest society as

responsible person as of now should not used the lift for caring the
heavy house hold goods items thinking that this may damage the lift .

Our motive of writing this letter to you is to aware you about the
problems facing by us in comfort block from lift & improper light at
parking area.

Good Morning,

Iam really sorry for the inconvenience  and hope the lift in working condition is back ASAP, as informed in earlier mails

The fund was approved from my side once It has come to my notice but requested to identify the root cause (Ensure that the cause is due to carrying of house hold items or the damage might have happened earlier and it has effected due to further usage). I have not seen any issue till I was there last week.

I feel, it would be nice to be part of regular maintenance process team(other then Mr.Giri/Malli/Satish) to support/Create the process (preventive actions as well) that benefit the society instead only highlighting from outside when issues occur.
