Thevirtual families represent people of different ages, genders, sexual orientations, ethnicities, races, cultures, belief systems, literacy levels, socioeconomic statuses and geographical locations. The patients also have varying life experiences and situations. These include: different family dynamics; issues related to veteran affairs; financial turbulence within families; health equity/disparity; access to community resources; and complexities of care in specific patient populations.

Methods: We conducted a randomized controlled pilot trial with a 2:1 intervention-to-control arm allocation ratio. Caregivers of intervention arm neonates were invited to participate in virtual FCR plus standard of care. We specified 5 feasibility objectives. We profiled intervention usage by neonatal and maternal characteristics. Exploratory outcomes included FCR caregiver attendance, length of stay, breast milk feeding at discharge, caregiver experience, and medical errors. We performed descriptive analyses to calculate proportions, means, and rates with 95% confidence intervals (CI).

As you plan for the year ahead, assess which virtual engagement strategies will work best for your program and families. Consider these questions as you choose and plan to use virtual strategies to connect with families:

Bill and Margaret are hinted to be the original owners of the house in Virtual Families 2. The developers left the players clues about their story via notes found around the house. They owned the house long before the player's Virtual Family moved in, most likely dying before your character moves into the house.

A book, found among some dusty volumes on the old bookshelf, contains the names of people attending a funeral and wake that was apparently at this house many years ago. Condolences are scribbled from a number of people, apparently to a widow named Margaret.

The 3rd room is to be built adjacent to the eastern wing, and should have room for 3 little boys and girls and their beds and effects. It should be the same dimensions, approximately, as the girl's room. Please advise on time and cost measures.

A long time ago, a young man named Bill purchased land, starting with the deed. He was rich and so he started building a house, and had a party, hence the RSVP. His soon to be brother in law, Mason had a sister named Margaret, who attended the party. Bill and Margaret then fell in love and began dating.

They get married and continue with the house. Soon they run out of money... and Bill goes on a business trip hence the fact that one of his letters states that he will return a week from Wednesday. Margaret wants to have the house built the way she wants it and so she writes the room specifications. Bill knows this and sends her the angry note stating his opinion that she shouldn't rehire the workers because the house is too big. Bill wants to have children and sends the virtual Adoption letter. Margaret turns down, hence the adoption response. Bill sends her the sad note, realizing something.

Bill dies in an accident on the way home, and his funeral was in the blue room next to the 2nd restroom. That is why your friends keep smelling that room. It also explains the funeral book event. Margaret dies in the same room, which is soon destroyed. The vandalism in the central room and the trash are caused by squatters, who had been able to get in via the unfinished parts of the house. The rest of the damage was caused by weather and age.

"They were able to work us in at the last minute. We used the online option. My 17 year old daughter loved working with her tutor. I quote, "she knows her math"! Later when she was finishing her homework she said "Mom, I'm feeling accomplished, being able to math!" My daughter said Thanks Mom!" - Francesca

"The whole team is great. We've just finished up working with one of your tutors, who helped our son with social studies. She was approachable and helped him understand the concepts in ways he truly internalized -- and it showed in the grades!" - Sharon

"This is a wonderful tutoring center. I highly recommend it. Our tutor is an elementary school teacher, and she is truly fantastic and certified. All of the tutors at EC Tutoring Center are top-notch." - Sarah

"Professional tutors with knowledge of what is currently being taught in the subject. No down time, most of the tutors are current teachers who are great with teens struggling to improve with the pressures of college admittance looming. Owner and tutors are flexible and most importantly kind. My son is dyslexic and is being instructed for physics and ACT testing . He is easily frustrated and could not handle the long group sessions offered by Applerouth. A one on one format worked better and Allison even suggested a short break in between subjects which worked better for his learning style.Highly recommended over any of the national chain tutoring centers and East Cobb tutoring is recommended on my son's school counselor web site." - Marcia

"East Cobb Tutoring is awesome!!! They have helped both my kids in various subjects over the years. The tutors are wonderful to work with and have very flexible hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a tutor." - Linda

"Both of my sons have truly benefited from working with the tutors at ECTC. Every teacher we have worked with is patient and very knowledgeable in their subject area. They take their time to explain the material and many even give extra practice activities outside of the session. My youngest truly enjoys working with one tutor in particular. Although we were only able to work with him sporadically last semester, my son was emphatic that he see him every week this semester to get help with homework and prepare for assessments. He feels so confident after every session! I am very thankful to have found someone so dedicated to making my son feel successful." - Julie
