 Work days will be 9:00am to 9:00pm on the first day with breaks, meals and worship; 9:00am to 3:00pm second day.

Here are some examples of group activity and agenda (in no specific order.)

12. Description of work tasks and team assignments for August.
13. Enlarging the number of stake holders.
14. Communicating the process to various publics.
15. Preview of August Session, preparation materials.
16. Operational and maintenance budgets and projected costs and income.

Good job putting together an agenda - you certainly have covered the basics. All seem to be important pieces to formulating a plan going forward.

I look forward to reading the information gathered on the legal issues - 5, 6 & 9.  I would be willing to join a work group related to the legal aspects.
