@ Argha,

following are some loopholes:

1. try not to write extra large mails. over thankful to anybody. Alumni at that level neither has time not intersted in such stuff. Try to be professional.

2. Aditya bhaiya has clearly told that CVs should be in .doc format. aage se reject karo us bande ka CV with proper reason on  the group. dont hide anything from anybody. Else you people will be in trouble. I expect, you have posted on the grp that whose Cv has been mailed. If not, pls do it.

3. aage se CVs ko ranking mein bhejo. don't worry..pehle darwaza khulne do..baari aayegi. I am saying this because you have placed your CV on the top. IT is not a good sign. everybody understand these tacts.

4. how the persons having CGPA 7.5 something are in top 5 ?  I suppose everything is fair.

Dear Nimit Bhaiya,

I received 18 CV's including mine within the given time of submission of CVs we gave them.I increased the submission deadline by 1 day.Out of these CV's, 10 have already applied for the McNally and Mahindra Internship.And I forwarded the CVs of next 6 eligible students as per their CGPA and the CV format because two of them had sent the same old college format despite I made it clear that the format must be different and as per decided by Aditya Bhaiya, you and the other TPRs.Generally my name made it to the list as per CGPA.So, I feel I am transparent in my job.And regarding the length of mail I am sorry as it was the first time I forwarded the CVs.I will be careful from the next time.
