Ebi, please let me when  you will be able to have 10 people there. It doesn't matter if everyone is present as its a open forum and people unavailable can join latter on at any time as per their convenience .

Since people from calcutta might leave on friday evening , so if we can have it on thrusday 9:30 pm ?? if it suits you , send me a ack else suggest me some other time .

Then any one can join in the conference by dailing this number : +91.80.4350.1111  (its a NOT tool free number )

Then it will ask you for the meeting id :

Then it will ask you for identification number , just press # key . it will say dollar key which is "#" for your mobiles.

Rishi and folks ,
                      TPR's are mandatory (not all are required, whoever can make it up for meeting can join in, anyways they are part of it). Any person from the clubs so that this person will be responsible for communication all inside out and outside in for that club. I mean it is this person who should send update regarding the events of his/her club to the alumni's and it will be this guy/lady who will check for the NITDAA or alumni's for providing any sponsorships . I will not entertain any request from anyone other than this person for any sponsorship related query. So this person is like the PR for his/her group .


If student body has to take any decision like someone is not working properly , then you have to first let us know . Me , nimit , pushpam will call for a meeting including you all and then deciding but remember if we feel someone is not doing his duty , we can ask for a replacement (of course we will give an explanation )

Since its a official body , i will tell NITDAA's president to approve it as a chapter so that every years students can join it without all this repetitive fuss. And also since its a official body, it will under NITDAA president and NITDAA kolkata chapter jurisdictions which means if we need something to be done involving teachers , it will be much easier . One important fact : Whether its under any jurisdiction of NITDAA or not , it will act as a free body , no one can dictate his/her rules (including we also). It will be a democratic group (not like sick democracy of india , but a strict one like U.S) .

I think i have made everything clear. So if any other queries , do let me know .

4m wat i can gather, amit is pretty much d go 2 guy 4 mntc in our yr...nd next yr his responsibilities ovr dere would only increase...would it b possible 4 him 2 deal wid everythng...nd seeing tht since both u and argha r present, i dnt thnk anodr mmbr 4m d club is reqd...infact, excpt SAE and CCA and say Quizzinc i dnt thnk ne odr club mmbr is reqd per se, since we hav enuff of dem amongst ourselves!!
