Coaches,
Please send me your award winner names by the end of the day [today]. Please include their last names. All squads have 4 awards to designate. Only one requires the cooperation of your squad, the Athletes Award.

My intent is for the athletes and coaches award to be one per team, not "squad." MVP and Most improved for each squad only. 

In essence, 6 awards for girls team.

I'm afraid that horse is out of the barn. We have at this point 4 awards for each squad.

If we haven't ordered the awards yet, I think we can get the horse back in the barn?

Coaches, we were all in the same room when this was decided. I already told the board that all 6 squads would award all four awards.
The 6 squads:
VW
VM
NW
NW
Intro
Intro Comp

We all know that changing things is a huge deal around here, such are organizations....

Right. And one of the coaches specifically stated at that meeting that the Coaches and voted-on award shouldn't be for every squad, which I know I agreed. So I also thought we were on the same page as well.

Maybe next year we can refine this award situation. But I left the meeting with the idea that we had agreed all 4 for all 6 squads. At this point I don't expect it can be changed since I told the board.

It was brought up that all squads get all 4 awards, then Bridget said that the 4 be reserved for the competitive squads. Then Ted said the 4 competitive squads would get the 4 and the intros would get the two. Then we all agreed. I think there might've been a misunderstanding because at least on the men's team the novice and varsity and completely split, and the women's are combined. But that is just what I heard.

OK, if I misunderstood then I apologize. This year it will be al 4 for all 6 squads. We can change it next year if it proves to be unadvised.
