Visualizer generates a skewed End Node

Hi Paul,

I realized that the output for a End Node from the Visualizer for both
Graph and Process are skewed. You could run the
TestRejectNodeGraphVisualizer or TestRejectNodeProcessVisualizer to
confirm using the current file structure.

Fixed. This happened because I changed the size of the icon to match the actual displayed size. This was so that if you had an arc coming in from the side, it didn't stop far away. Updated it to now account for icons smaller than the max size, so they are centered.
