Mavenize Sarasvati

Is there any thought about mavenizing Sarasvati?

I'm fairly certain that we'll end up going to either Maven or Ivy
sooner or later. From what I know, I would prefer Ivy, since that
adapts to your project structure, rather than vice-versa, and I'll
probably test it out some time in the short to mid-term. However, if
someone converts Sarasvati to maven in a branch before then, I'd
probably be happy to try that instead.
