The Democratic Unity Fund is an essential component of our winning strategy, and at this final stage of the race your support could not be more crucial to our success.

marianne --

In a moment, I’m going to ask you to make a $7 donation to the Democratic Unity Fund today. I hope you’ll give me the chance to explain why the fund is essential to a Democratic victory in November and how your support could not come at a more critical time for our party.

Back in May of 2019, President Barack Obama announced the Democratic Unity Fund alongside the DNC because he understood that our success in 2020 was going to depend on a strong nationwide party infrastructure. At the time, the fund was a promise to our eventual nominee that they’d have a united and well-organized DNC ready to spring into action the moment the general election started. And marianne, we’ve delivered on that promise.

“Our unity is our greatest strength. That is why I’m proud to have helped the DNC launch a bold initiative to support our Democratic candidates: The Democratic Unity Fund.” -Barack Obama

Since President Obama launched the Democratic Unity Fund, more than 254,000 donors have pledged their support. This has allowed us to power critical DNC programs like the Data Warehouse, our massive effort to revitalize our voter data and unify the progressive ecosystem, and the DNC War Room, an initiative dedicated to holding Republicans accountable.

Now that Joe Biden is our nominee, the Democratic Unity Fund is a critical resource in sustaining our voter outreach programs. As you read this email, folks all over the country are already casting their ballots. With each passing day, we lose opportunities to reach potential Democratic voters, so there is no time to waste.

Joe Biden and Barack Obama

marianne, will you answer President Obama’s call and donate $7 to the Democratic Unity Fund so that we can support the critical programs that Democrats up and down the ballot -- including Joe Biden -- are relying on as we head into this final stretch of the election?

The Democratic Unity Fund is a crucial resource in the fight to defeat Republicans up and down the ballot -- but it's only as strong as we make it. Take a look at some of the people who’ve thrown their support behind the fund so far:

Elizabeth Warren, Andrew Yang, Bernie Sanders, Hillary Clinton, Beto O’Rourke, Amy Klobuchar, and Pete Buttigieg

This is the most important election of our lifetimes, and we have one shot to elect compassionate, responsible leadership nationwide in November. Voting is already happening, so the time to act is now. Here is what we have on file for you:

Your supporter record.

marianne, will you pitch in $7 to the Democratic Unity Fund today to support the critical data, tech, organizing, and voter outreach programs that Democrats need to win seats up and down the ballot?

In unity,

Tom
