Exposure cum Immersion program on SHG and Federation for NABARD Project staff

Dear Sir,

 

From Saran project we are sending 24+2 staff for Exposure on SHG and Federation and particularly self regulation in SHGs for the Saran Project staff. Each Block one PC and 5 Supervisors and our two staff Karunakar and Basak Will be accompanying with them total participants will be 26. (Pls find attached participants list)

 

1^st Batch : Proposed dates : (Based on tickets availability): (NABARD Sanctioned amount for 2.5 Lakhs) (Exposure to SHPIs)

1.   Starting on 8^th  July by Patna Sec Express

2.   Reached by 9.30 PM at Secunderabad on 9^th

3.   Class room sessions : on 10^th July  

4.   Exposure to Myrada – 11-12 July

5.   Exposure to Kamareddy – 13-14^th July

6.   15^th  Debriefing Session at Hyd

7.   16^th Return by Sec Patna Express – at 10.00AM

 

2^nd Batch: For Kaler and Duddhi staff (Animators, Supervisors, and CBO) SDTT Fund (Exposure to AP for SHPIs

 

1.   Starting on 15^th  July by Patna Sec Express

2.   Reached by 9.30 PM at Secunderabad on 16^th

3.   Class room sessions : on 17^th July  

4.   Exposure to Myrada – 18-19 July

5.   Exposure to Kamareddy – 20-21^st July

6.   22^nd  Debriefing Session at Hyd

7.   23^rd Return by Sec Patna Express – at 10.00AM

 

If retreat planned in those dates we can re plan the dates for 2^nd Batch.
