   Dear sir,
                                   Thank you for the input.

I will be interested to known the time
horizon for these 4000 groups.- interms of their stage of development. How
many have since been formed ?
How many have opened Bank accounts, linked etc. At each stage they will
require enhanced level of Financial Literacy inputs. Otherwise there will be
a lot of wastage of time on munddane issues like difficulty in opening acs
etc.SHGs can prove to be very potent vehicle for carrying financial literacy
message forward and enhance the knowledge based bargaining power of the
villagers.

Where are you tomorrow?. I learn
that APMAS is in Dighwara. Is a discussion possible tomorrow?   PLESE
RESPOND.

                                    Regards.

         J.N.Yadav
