Saranac Synagogue News: Yom Kippur (Oct 1-2, 2025 /9-10 Tishrei, 5786)
Shalom Aleichem! A gut
gebentched yar!
May you
have an easy fast and a meaningful holiday.
The fast is from Wednesday 10/1, 6:56 PM through Thursday, 10/2 at 7:54 PM.*
Please note: Our Artscroll prayer books substitute “HASHEM” for G0d’s name throughout the English text.
Saying “HASHEM” makes the prayer incomplete.
Those praying in English should substitute “AD0NAI” or “G0D” to make the prayer valid.
