Actually, I prefer Chip Saltsman for RNC chair. The GOP have fallen
way behind the Dems in use of the internet media, technologies, and
fundraising. This is where the GOP is going to have to vastly improve
to have any chance in the mid-term 2010 elections and the 2012
elections.Chip has an understanding of this and a plan to move the GOP
forward. Mike Huckabee finished second in the GOP primaries on a shoe-
string budget because Saltsman, his campaign manager, made effective
use of free internet media and technologies. He was the Tennessee GOP
chair for several years and was generally credited in helping defeat
Al Gore in his own home state in the 2000 election. If Gore would have
won Tennessee, Florida would not have mattered. Though I think Michael
Steele is a strong conservative, I don't think he is the right man to
run the GOP.

I need to do more research on Chip, I like Huckabee, I actually voted
for him in the primaries, only because it was between him and McCain.
I really like Steele, and I enjoy learning about other conservatives,
let me do some research and I will put up a page for him.
