Looks like it already has bolt holes.  I'd just make up a wooden frame to kind of simulate the "strong ring" that one typically finds on the back of such dishes.   Once you have that,
  you should be able to interface to anything...

Marcus has the right idea.
First Create a plane that will fit onto your mount  .  iused angle iron and welded four pieces together.
The transition to the angle of the bed of the dish.  I used back to back small pieces of angle Iron with bolts loosely tightened until they adapted to the angles of the dish and the plane. Then tightened.  Been working for 40 years.

The transitions could ,crudely , be pieces of bent all thread with back to back nuts and washers.

If welding isn't your thang, I'll note that lightweight angle is often available in a slotted format--you can bolt it all together.
