Leave some room for the saw kerfs.
I cut one piece a little oversize on the bandsaw, then get it perfect with rasps, sandpaper, etc. Then cut each additional piece a little oversize on the bandsaw, attach the perfect piece to each oversize one, and use a template bit in the router to make them all identical.
