Great stuff this week.

For Eduard, 12.2 GHz is a very common max freq for GEO Ku band satcom downlinks (like TV broadcast - see Longest or Streams for details). I'd recommend not attempting obs near GEO belt without additional interference mitigation processing.

In contrast 22.2 GHz makes a poor DL freq due to the water absorption line, so Ka band satcom tends to use ~30 GHz DL and ~20 GHz UL which is one reason why you see fewer impacts at Ka band.

Starlink and other LEO constellations that use Ku band will make avoiding this more complicated as they proliferate as well, but you can at least mitigate persistent TV channel interference by confining your obs to off GEO pointing.
