Hello everyone,
Artemis II is making its historic journey back to Earth, and the Deep Space Exploration Society’s radio telescope at Haswell is actively tracking its radio signals. If you haven't seen it yet, take a look at this screenshot from early this morning, showing the Orion spacecraft’s radio signal marked with a red X.
The receiver frequency of the 2.2 GHz signal is precisely locked using our recently donated Rubidium atomic clock.
A huge thanks to all the dedicated volunteers whose efforts make this possible.
