The
transmission notice includes supplementary information for HAARP Radio
Enthusiasts and information about monitoring HAARP transmission with a

This is the current Ionosonde reading, looks interesting. I wonder if this has anything to do with the ON/OFF carrier on 5900 kHz currently.
