Content of next 2 hydrogen line meetings

In recent months we have had some excellent major speakers at the BAA hydrogen line meetings on the first Monday of the month. Although these have been truly marvellous and informative talks, they have led to long meetings and some folks have found it difficult to stay long enough to get a chance to present their own work. The aim of these meetings is to enable everybody to participate as well as to give informed expertise, and it is important that everyone has the chance to take the floor.

 

Therefore, the content of the next 2 meetings will be as follows:

 

September. We do have a speaker who intends to speak for around 30 mins or so. The rest of the meeting will be for members to discuss their projects. I will start by asking folks who weren't able to present last Monday and then progress through the rest of the group.

 

October. This meeting will be entirely dedicated to members discussing their own work, and I will not book a major speaker.

 

November. There will not be a meeting in November, as I am away.

 

December. TBA.
