IF_Ave Version 2.8

IF_Ave saves data in two col format Freq Ampl + Header
To process in Excel or equiv, load and then convert ampl column to
dB referenced to Cold Sky by the equation

dB = 20*LOG10( col B values ) now dB in col C

Then offset entire col by a fixed value to make cold sky == 0 ( in this case 84.97 )

When you first create col C, it has a large - dB value.

As a starting point, put the value of C1 into cell D1

Add that fixed cell $D$1 to all col C values ( C1 .. C512)

Adjust as req'd to shift the Y axis.
