I have two: One using plastic tubing between disks, and the other with aluminum tubing. You’re welcome to them for free if you’ll pay shipping. There’s no LNA, though. These are the 0.75 meter versions with, as I recall, 13 disks. I was able to get nice HI data with the aluminum tubing version; I never tested the other.
I’m off to the SARA conference first thing in the morning so won’t be able to ship them for a week or so.

Good point about the 3/8” threaded rod! It’s much easier to ship without it. You’ll need that and some matching nuts.
