SARA response times

So I thought I'd sign up, and in the process order a few things, including scope-in-a-box. That was back on Sunday (2nd), and I've not heard anything since. No confirmation email, nothing at all. I sent an email using the form, but no response to that either. I did check the email address is working fine.

Is this just "how it is", and it's a volunteer-manned post where people have lives to live, or should I be shaking some trees ?

Thanks for the email.  I checked our systems and I show no purchase under your email.  Please check your credit card to see if it was charged for your purchases. 

Successful purchases will automatically result in confirmation emails. I imagine since you received no emails you were not successful in the purchase.

Well, the PayPal payment went through. Invoice ID was 210503-044102-4593. I just checked the profile on the Sara shop, and the email address there is correct. I just sent an email to test it out again, and it works fine - it took about 12 seconds to arrive after clicking send.

I have many (many!) emails. I use a catch-all address, and every organisation I email gets a different email address at the catchall domain, named after them (in this case 'Sara@...')  It's not really useful for this circumstance (at least, I hope not) but it's a habit now. I use it to find out who sells my email to other places - if I start getting spam/marketing from someone obviously not <real address>@<catch-all> then I know <real-address> have either been hacked or are selling my identity, modulo the name of the company being a reasonable guess (like in this case [grin])

Anyway, hopefully the above is sufficient to find the order. PayPal definitely think it was paid...
