ezRA w/ offset tuning in spectrum data (1420 MHZ vs. 1420.405 MHz)?

Does ezRA support offset tuned spectrum data with center at say 1420 MHz as opposed to 1420.405 MHz as shown in the tutorial videos. Is there an argument that must be passed such that the LSR velocities are correct?

Seems like my data is showing the offset tune as doppler in my AntBTV traces.
