The instructions for ezCol do not cover all the issues that I'm seeing.

It seems to me that there are a whole bunch of items that are missing from the instructions.

I'm getting really lost with attempting to get ezRA up and running.

I  am not  an expert   on  Windows but   looks to  me   like you  have  some  version mismatches.

I'm not sure what versions you're suggesting. I downloaded the software from GitHub. And since ezRA is written in Python, it is OS independent.

The last line of the error messages  says  you are missing  librtlsdr

ImportError: Error loading librtlsdr. Make sure librtlsdr (and all of its dependencies) are in your path

I would go through the installation instructions for Windows and look for this step.

Good Luck

I did a search on how to find and edit the path in Win 11. In the search block, entered system environment variables, then advance, scrolled down to path and then did edit. Then new and added for my system, I added the ezRABase folder to the path. I then went to the folder for the librtlsdr.dll  that Ted's instructions said to put in the path. I copied the dll file to ezRABase and ran ezCol. py and it worked. I did plug in a rtlsdr
Cheers
