My thoughts on a paper for the Journal

I am  fairly new   here.   I would  like  to suggest an idea  for  a  paper for the  Journal.  There  are  a lot  of senior members in this  society,  professional  engineers, scientists and amateurs,  some  retired and some  not. 

Would it not  be  cool  if  thoughts  could  be  gathered  from all  and compiled  by a  journalist and  a  summary paper written for  the  SARA Journal?   How is  Amateur  Radio Astronomy doing  today?   How  will it  make progress into the  future? What have we  accomplished and  what do we want  to accomplish in the future?

I am not  a  Journalist   ..  anybody  out  there who is?
