Interested in details of the EME beacon, ON0EME in Belgium

Looking for more information on the ON0EME 23 cm beacon.
Interestingly enough, two key parameters are not obvious at the website. Location; So far only known to be in Northern Belgium. Perhaps exact coords not open for concerns of vandalism of the unattended robotic beacon.

The other question, critical for VK3UM calc predictions is Power at the feed, which seems likely to be around 400 watts.. add that to the feed efficiency and gain of a 3.7m dish at 1.296 ghz and a reasonable EIRP can be determined.

Planning an event for Noche de las Estrellas 2014 in Mexico City at Zocalo Square in November. Noche is probably the biggest (and still growing) star party on the planet. (100,000 visitors at Zocalo for the 10 hour event. Google it to see past history. Want to build hand pointed pyaramidal horns of Tommy Henderson WD5AGO design; about 20 dBi gain to listen to Moonbounce signals. Looks like the horns will just barely hear the beacon, but I need to definitively determine..

Make shure the moon is over 10 elevation or ealse it is not txing due to
regulation-
