Hello everyone - I received the email below from Jayce Dowell about the need for additional meteor cameras in the Global Meteor Network, and I'm posting it here as he requested.

As I mentioned at the coordination meeting last Wednesday I operate a couple of cameras as part of the Global Meteor Network.  Our local chapter, the New Mexico Meteor Array, is looking for people in eastern NM who would be willing to build and operate cameras to help improve our coverage of the state.  At our last NMMA meeting we talked about hams as a good audience to target since they likely to have the right skill set and that got me thinking about SARA members as well.  If you know anyone in SARA that fits the bill and might be interested in hosting a camera I'd appreciate it if you'd forward them this message.  If they'd like more information about the project they can contact the NMMA coordinator Peter Eschman (CC'd here).
