2m Moxon Antenna Kitideal for 145 Alive on eBay

I wonder if anyone here has used the following. The reason I ask is that a friend is asking for an antenna to use for meteor scatter at 143.050 MHz (Graves) and HB9CV's dont seem to be available so I thought perhaps this 2m Moxon would work.

I use a Moxon myself, although it was handmade and cut to frequency by a local experienced radio amateur.

The friend who is looking for an antenna has no such experience and does not feel confident to make one himself. He wants and off the shelf solution.

I know! It isn't difficult to make one but the chap concerned just wanted an off-the-shelf solution, which is common in people new to anything radio.
