Hello everyone - There will be a HAARP research campaign next week according to the attached Notice of Transmission.

The notice also includes information on the licensed frequencies and how to observe the transmissions with an SDR receiver.

A Lidar system has been recently added to the on-site diagnostics at the HAARP facility.

Here's an example spectrum taken at Anchorage during Preflight testing today.

Experiments start Monday 17th at 1800 UTC.
