Tagging Streams in GNU Radio Example

My   goal  is to  tag  input  streams from  an  SDR   as  from  antenna  or  reference.  I am  trying  to  use  an embedded  python  block  to  tag  a  stream as  either   antenna  data  or  reference  data.    I  eventually  want to output  a file compatible  with  ezRA.

I am a  long way from  a  total  solution but  I am hoping  this is  a  start.  I  am  building  on the work of  others such as   Ted  Cline, Marcus   Leech  and  GSR.

So  I  will  attach   an  example  from  gnu radio  and  my experiment ...not meant to be  useful..   just  playing with ideas.

A question  for   Marcus  Leech....   Am I correct  that  I need a  probe   block  in my  GRC   flow   to call    a  function from my   embedded   python  block  from  which  I want to  tag   streams  based  on   checkbox  correct_baseline?   I have my  SDR   source    AirSpy  block  working      to  switch     tune  freq   from ant  to  ref  with  this...   ifreq if correct_baseline == False else ref_freq
