So I got this far setting up the laptop. Could someone be kind to tell me what to do next. The instructions with the two pieces I got from Nooelec end at this point. Thank you kindly.

Via CellPhone & their college ham radio  Discord website for passing files, i talked a few college students

through the Zadig / SDR# / IFavg software installation ... It was a Long 2 hours, but Successful 

( So if all else fails,  there is always the CellPhone option )
